Last Chaos to Donate 5 Percent of Pet Related Item Profits to the Humane Society International
California, U.S.A. (April 9, 2008)– In the month of April, Last Chaos will be donating 5 percent of its pet related item profits to the Humane Society International. Nearly all players in Last Chaos have one to two pets that take a lot of work and care to nurture from baby to adult.
A lot of players purchase pet related items from our Item Mall to take care of their pets, and in turn are giving 5 percent of its profits from those items to help the inhumane practices and conditions affecting animals.
“Helping all animals, virtual and real world alike, reminds us of our better nature and reminds us that our values are the only constants in this wildly unpredictable world,” said Susan Revelt, producer of Last Chaos.
According to the Humane Society International Web site, HSI addresses issues such as inhumane practices and conditions affecting companion and farm animals, illegal trade in wildlife, threats to endangered species, slaughter of marine mammals and the use of animals in research and testing.
Revelt explains that it is no longer just about the loss of endangered species or the ill treatment of a pet but rather the threat posed by the perpetrators and the money it generates.
“Money that is being used by people to engage in illegal activities,” Revelt said.
According to Revelt, Last Chaos generates tens of thousand dollars every month but this time a portion of it will help benefit the wildlife.
