Square Enix officially withdraws Tecmo bid

Firm stays true to its word, though does complain about lack of detail in response
Following from Tecmo's rejection of Square Enix's takeover bid yesterday, the Final Fantasy developer has officially withdrawn its offer from the table, reports MCV.
It had said from the beginning that it did not intent a hostile takeover, and would withdraw should Tecmo not find the offer agreeable.
It has, however, taken the opportunity to state its bafflement at not being accepted.
