How to win a Develop Award
Develop Apr 24 2008, 10:00am
Just a month to go until lobbying period closes – our guide to the event is online now
In just over three months, the cream of Europe's development talent will descend on Brighton's Hilton Metropole Hotel to find out who has won the key prizes at the Develop Industry Excellence Awards.
And, even earlier than that, it's Develop's job to decide the finalists - but we can't do that without your help lobbying for who you think should get a nomination.
To help you out we've now posted up a guide to the event which includes details on each of the 17 awards including eligibility criteria and other background plus details on attending.
Developers, their IP, innovations and business strategy are all up for scrutiny and praise, with awards including Best Independent Studio, Best New IP and Business Development.
Service companies, recruitment firms and tools providers are also rewarded, as are the efforts by publishers to support the games development sector.
To lobby, all you've got to do is send a short text pitch to Develop editor Michael French at Michael.French@intentmedia.co.uk - click here to read more about lobbying.
The event takes place on July 30th. To find out more about attending email Jodie.Holdway@bhpr.co.uk
