Ocean Media granted official Nintendo developer status
Croatia-based casual games studio Ocean Media has become an approved Nintendo DS developer.
Founded in the summer of 2006, Ocean Media has so far worked on a number of casual titles localised for the Croatian market.
Now it begins to start making DS games as well - with medium-term plans to port its advanced Xtrema Physics 2D technology to the format and 'prototype several innovative games'.
In an official statement, the company said: "In recent months we had lots of inquiries for DS and Wii titles, especially after being among winners on innovation contest at Game Connection Event, Lyon 2007.
"From today our doors are open to publishers, production houses, media groups and license holders to start discussing potential DS projects with us."
