Leipzig's conference for game developers returns for another stab at the European market...
The sister event of the Leipzig Game Convention, GCDC is a more developer-focused event taking place on the two days before its sibling. Expect the cream of European development talent to present talks on the cutting issues of the day, and with last year’s attendance figures swelling to over 900 this year is bound to be even bigger.
The European focus means that attendance is truly international, with over 60 per cent of attendees coming from outside of Germany to participate in the sessions, roundtables, expo activity and networking opportunities. By coupling with the Games Convention event, developers can savour a taste of the E3 bubble before it burst with significant show floor and press courting opportunities.
